Gal Gadot, a former Israeli Defense Forces fighter, stated that her ‘country is at war’ and the conflict breaks her heart. The actress disabled comments after getting slammed on Twitter.

Gal Gadot took to social media to voice her concerns about the ongoing Israel-Palestine conflict. After she shared a message in solidarity with her country Israel, many accused her of being a “propaganda” tool for the country, given her history as a former soldier with the Israeli Defence Forces. pic.twitter.com/cLgDdn70No Reminder Gal Gadot served in the IDF for two years where she not only witnessed the ethnic cleansing of Palestine firsthand but also actively supported it. How can you advocate to stop the vicious cycle of terror when you are standing on the frontlines enabling it #FreePalestine https://t.co/aAmoKKhBs1 — Gal Gadot (@GalGadot) May 12, 2021 — TTP (@thetaeprint) May 12, 2021
