Gaddar Cine Awards Committee meeting chaired by Deputy CM Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka held in Hyderabad.
Gaddar Cine Awards Committee meeting was held at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Telangana State Secretariat in Hyderabad on Saturday (January 18, 2025) afternoon under the chairmanship of Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka.
At the first meeting of the committee held in October, 2024, Mr. Bhatti said that the government wants the awards ceremony to be celebrated like a festival. The decision to institute the awards in the name of revolutionary balladeer Gaddar, was announced by Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy in January last year.
Tammareddy Bharadwaj; Jayasudha; Narsinga Rao; Dil Raju, who is also Telangana Film Development Corporation chairman; Harish Shankar; Venu Yeldandi and others attended the meeting.
