A bench of justices D Y Chandrachud and A S Bopanna issued notices to the secretaries of Union Ministry of Home Affairs and Home Department of the Madhya Pradesh government.
The Supreme Court on Monday issued notices to the Centre and Madhya Pradesh government seeking response from them on a plea challenging the order for detention of a Jabalpur man accused of procuring fake Remdesivir injections during the second wave of COVID-19.
