A video of a man in uniform thrashing 3 youths and forcing them to say “Pakistan Murdabad” is circulating with the claim that this was how UP Police thrashed those celebrating Pakistan’s victory over India. India Today Anti Fake News War Room has found that the video is not connected to the recent developments.

Uttar Pradesh police have so far arrested seven people for celebrating Pakistan’s victory against India in the T20 World Cup match. As per reports, chief minister Yogi Adityanath has said that those celebrating Pakistan’s victory will face sedition charges.
