Expelling us is against LJP’s constitution: MP Pashupati Paras | Exclusive

In an exclusive interview with India Today, Member of Parliament Pashupati Kumar Paras said that Chirag Paswan’s move of expelling the five MPs who rebelled against him was against the LJP’s constitution.

Lok Janshakti Party’s newly appointed parliamentary leader Pashupati Kumar Paras on Tuesday in an exclusive interview with India Today said, “Expelling me and four others from the party is against the party’s constitution.” This comes after Chirag Paswan, son of party’s founder Ram Vilas Paswan, expelled five of the party’s Members of Parliament earlier on Tuesday after a virtual meeting of the LJP’s national executive. The five expelled MPs are Pashupati Paras, Prince Raj, Chandan Singh, Veena Devi and Mehboob Ali Keshar.
