Will Smith smacking Chris Rock has become the most-talked about moment from Oscars 2022 ceremony. Ekta Kapoor has supported the Men In Black actor and even wishes that he comes on her show, Lock Upp.

Will Smith slapped Chris Rock on the Oscars 2022 stage, which left everyone shocked. The actor got furious after the comedian made a joke about his wife Jada Pinkett's shaved head. Jada had earlier revealed that she is suffering from alopecia. Many celebrities reacted to the slapgate. Now, Ekta Kapoor has supported Will Smith and also wished to see him on her show Lock Upp.

Ekta Kapoor shared a picture of Will Smith slapping Chris Rock at the Oscars 2022 and wrote, "If some idiot used my mom or sister's illness to make bunch of fools laugh I would slap him like @willsmith did...bad ass move...hope he comes to my #lockup (sic)."

She further added that contestants Payal Rohatgi and Asma Fallah would be excited to see him in the Lock Upp house. She said, "Aaaajaaaaao! Asma n Payal r waiting (sic)."

Take a look at Ekta Kapoor's post:

Will Smith made everyone's jaw drop at Oscars 2022 when he went up on the stage and smacked Chris Rock during the live event. This occurred when Chris joked about Jada Pinkett Smith's baldness. The live telecast was also briefly cut off and later, Will Smith bagged the Best Actor award for his performance in King Richard. He broke down during his acceptance speech and apologised to the Academy and his fellow nominees. Today, March 29, the actor issued a public apology to Chris Rock as well. Will's apology comes as The Academy criticised his actions and started a formal review of the incident.
