Diya Aur Baati Hum star Deepika Singh to make her Bollywood debut with Titu Ambani

Upcoming film, Titu Ambani, will mark Deepika Singh's Bollywood debut. The actress rose to fame with Diya Aur Baati Hum.

Deepika Singh, who became a household name after she played Sandhya in Diya aur Baati Hum, will now be seen on the big screen. The actress is set to make her Bollywood debut with Titu Ambani. Produced by Mahendra Vijaydan Detha and Dinesh Kumar's Sabal Productions, Titu Ambani is directed by Deepika's husband, Rohit Goyal. Titu Ambani features actor Tushar Pandey in the lead role along with Deepika. Actors Raghubir Yadav, Sapna Sand, Virendra Saxena, Samta Sagar, and Bijendra Kala will be seen in other prominent roles in the film.

Deepika Singh, who has appeared in the role of strong woman characters on television, will now be seen in a slice of life film, Titu Ambani. She plays the role of Moushmi, a girl who lives her life on her own terms. The story revolves around Moushmi and Titu. Moushmi feels that Titu and she are made for each other but later Titu's decisions endanger their love.

Speaking about her character, Deepika Singh said, "Moushmi's character is very close to my heart. She is a girl who has made some rules in her life and she cannot compromise with her principles."The film is a simple love story of a middle class family that conveys the big message of life in a very entertaining way. The film has been shot at various locations in Udaipur. Titu Ambani is scheduled to hit theatres on July 8, 2022.
