Disha Vakani of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah fame welcomed her second child, a baby boy. The actress reportedly delivered a baby boy a few days ago. Disha was blessed with her first child, baby girl Stuti,on November 30, 2017.

Disha Vakani, who has been missing from Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah since 2017, recently welcomed her second child. The actress delivered a baby boy. Disha's brother, actor Mayur Vakani, who is seen as Sunderlal on TMKOC, confirmed the news to ETimes and said, "I am happy that I have become an uncle again. In 2017, Disha had her baby girl and now she has become a mother again, and I have become mama again. I am very happy."

Earlier, in December, Disha Vakani was spotted at a family function with a baby bump.

Recently, TMKOC producer Asit Kumarr Modi said in a recent interview that Dayaben's character will soon return to the show. He said, "We have all plans to introduce her track soon in the show. I don't know if Disha will be back as Dayaben. Whether it is Disha ben or Nisha ben, we will surely get Daya's character back in the show."

Speaking about Disha's return on TMKOC, Mayur added, "Disha will surely return to the show. It has been a long time and Taarak.. is the only show she has acted in for so many years. So there is no reason why she should not return to the show. We are all waiting when she will get back to working on the sets."

Disha tied the knot with Mayur Pandya in a private ceremony on November 24, 2015. The couple welcomed their first child in 2017. On the work front, Disha began her acting career with Gujarati plays like Kamal Patel vs Dhamal Patel and Lali Lila. She also worked in Bollywood films like Devdas and Jodha Akbar before Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah happened to her. Disha has been associated with TMKOC since its inception in the year 2008.
