Dhanush will soon be seen in Naane Varuven, which has created a great deal of buzz among his die-hard fans as it features him in a new avatar. Movie buffs are eager to know more about the flick. Now, here is some big news for those looking forward to the flick. On Thursday, September 1, director Selvaraghavan shared its latest poster and promised his Twitter followers that an update is around the corner. Naane Varuven is produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu.

Dhanush, who recently scored a big hit with Thiruchitrambalam, is set to reunite with Selvaraghavan for Naane Varuven. The director has now shared its new poster. In it, Dhanush is seen alongside Elli AvrRam. The two make a lovely pair as they spend a tender moment together.

Selvaraghavan also promised that he will share another update pretty soon.

Naane Varuven is a drama, backed by Kalaipuli S Thanu. It is directed by Selvaraghavan, who had previously collaborated with the Maari star for films such as Pudhupettai (2006) and Mayakkam Enna (2011). Naane Varuven features Elli AvrRam as the leading lady. The cast includes Prabhu, Yogi Babu, and Indhuja Ravichandran, among others. Its music is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

Dhanush, meanwhile, is going through a busy phase on the work front. He made his Hollywood debut with The Gray Man, which was released on Netflix in July. He then delivered a blockbuster with Mithran Jawahar's Thiruchitrambalam, co-starring Nithya Menen. He is set to star in the Tamil-Telugu bilingual Vaathi/Sir, directed by Venky Atluri.
