Devoleena Bhattacharjee reveals a murder took place in her building, says 'I am terrified'

Devoleena Bhattacharjee talked about a murder that took place in her building. The actress said that she is terrified.

Devoleena Bhattacharjee is absolutely terrified! A murder took place in the actress's building, and that has shaken her up. Devoleena told a news portal recently that a domestic help was killed in an adjacent building by a man. The body was then dumped by the murderer on the railway tracks. Devoleena said that she is scared after the incident, and she's now waiting for her mother to come stay with her.

In an interview with The Times Of India, Devoleena Bhattacherjee said, "I am terrified after this incident and staying at home alone with my pet has suddenly become a bit scary. The incident happened in the same premises where I live. After what has happened, I salute the cops for taking action so fast but I also feel that gated societies and all residential buildings should have good safety measures and checks on the kind of staff they are hiring."

Since Devoleena lives alone, she is hoping that her mother will soon relocate to Mumbai with her. She says, "My brother is getting married soon and so till then my mother will continue living in Assam but after the wedding is over, I would like her to move in with me. It will make me feel good and I will no longer be living just with my pet in Mumbai."
