Dera manager murder: Section 144 in Panchkula ahead of Gurmeet Ram Rahim's sentencing

A special CBI court in Panchkula will pronounce the quantum of punishment for Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, who was convicted in the Ranjit Singh murder case.

A special CBI court in Panchkula will on Tuesday pronounce the quantum of punishment for Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, who was convicted last week for the murder of former sect manager Ranjit Singh in 2002.

Ahead of the verdict, prohibitory orders under Section 144 have been imposed in Panchkula district, Haryana.
