Delhi Police arrests builder for cheating ex-cricketer Chetan Sharma, 12 others

The Delhi Police has arrested a builder from Mehrauli for allegedly duping 13 people, including former Indian cricketer Chetan Sharma.

The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Delhi Police has arrested a builder for allegedly duping 13 people, including former Indian cricketer Chetan Sharma.

According to the police, the accused, Sameesh Chawla, 53, is a resident of Mehrauli in Delhi. He was arrested based on a complaint registered by one Monika Khattar against him and his accomplices, which include his wife Seema Chawla and father Ramesh Kumar Chawla.
