Delhi HC asks centre for response on petition challenging NEET for AYUSH courses

The Delhi High court has asked for the central government's stand on the petition submitted by six AYUSH aspirants challenging NEET for admission into AYUSH courses.
Responding to a petition submitted by some AYUSH aspirants which challenged the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) for taking admission to Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Unani, Siddha and Sowa Rigpa courses, the Delhi High Court has sought a response from the centre government.
A notice was issued to the central government, National Testing Agency (NTA) and other concerned respondents in the plea by six aspirants by a High Court bench led by Chief Justice D N Patel.
