Defence Ministry to decide on Rs 21,000 crore deal for 30 Predator drones

In the pipeline for more than a couple of years, India is now close to acquiring 30 Predator drones from the United States. A high-level meeting will be held on Monday in the Defence Ministry to discuss the acquisition worth around Rs 21,000 crore.

Top Defence Ministry sources told India Today that the Defence Secretary would chair the meeting to be attended by senior officials.
