Police have registered an FIR under charges of rioting, criminal intimidation, among others against unidentified BJP workers. It was registered after a complaint from a BKU member.
The Uttar Pradesh Police on Thursday registered a case against unnamed Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders for allegedly attacking protesting farmers at the Ghazipur border. The FIR was registered following a complaint by members of the Bharatiya Kisan Union. The FIR has been registered under sections of the Indian Penal Code related to rioting, voluntarily causing hurt, criminal intimidation, among others.More Related News
