Daughter targetted because I speak against Gandhis: Smriti Irani on Goa bar row

Union Minister Smriti Irani slammed Congress over the illegal bar row and said that her daughter's daughter's character has been assassinated.

Union Minister Smriti Irani slammed Congress over the illegal bar row and said that the Congress has targeted her because she speaks.

Smriti Irani got emotional and was teary eyed while speaking about Congress's allegations about her daughter running an illegal bar in Goa.

Union minister said, "I will ask the answers in the court of law in the court of people. Send Rahul Gandhi to Amethi again. Phir Rahul Gangi ko dhool chataenge."

"Two middle-aged Congress men are responsible for character asssination of an 18-year-old girl. Her only fault is that her mother talks about Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi. She is studying in college and her faulted is that her mother did a press conference against the two Gandhi’s. My daughter is not a politician and she has a normal life as a student," she said.
