Cyclone Jawad weakens into deep depression, to make landfall near Puri on Sunday

Subsequently, it is likely to continue to move north-northeastwards along the Odisha coast towards West Bengal, lose steam and further weaken into a well-marked low-pressure area during the next 24 hours.
