Cyber criminals con BJP MP Raju Bista of Rs 10 lakh, case registered

BJP MP Raju Bista was conned of Rs 10 lakh by cyber criminals. A case has been registered with the cyber police in New Delhi.
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP and owner of Surya Company, Raju Bista, was a victim of cyber fraud as Rs 10 lakh was transferred from his bank account.
According to reports, the chief general manager of Surya Company received a WhatsApp message from an unknown number. The message asked for the transfer of Rs 10 lakh.
The phone number used to send the message had the minister's photo as the display image. The unsuspecting CGM transferred the money.
Also, the relationship manager at the bank received a call from someone pretending to be the MP's personal assistant.
An FIR in the matter has been registered at Central District Cyber Police Station in New Delhi.
