Covid curbs put Delhi gym owners in limbo, seek relief from govt
India Today
The Covid curbs in the national capital have put the gym owners in limbo who are yet to recover from the earlier losses, compelling them to seek financial relief from the government.
In the wake of the rising cases in Delhi and restrictions in the national capital, the operations of gyms in the city have been disrupted, affecting the livelihoods of the people associated with the industry. Delhi has allowed restaurants and bars to operate with 50 per cent seating capacity, but gyms have been shut. Delhi has imposed a weekend curfew that started from 10 pm Friday and will be in force till 5 am Monday.
The Delhi gym association and trainers, who have been severely affected due to the Covid-19 restrictions have urged the government to reconsider the decision, as if the same situation continues, they will be pushed towards bankruptcy. The already struggling fitness industry is yet to recover from the earlier losses and the pandemic-induced lockdown is making things worse for the gym owners.

Lalu Prasad Yadav's elder son, Tej Pratap, is speaking of wisdom and devotion again. He's no longer the Krishna bhakt that he was. He is now sporting saffron attire in Reels, and is propagating Shiva bhakti. His new Instagram handle is SantTejPratapYadav. After political and personal isolation, Teju bhaiya seems to have found solace in Rudraksha, Shiva bhajans and the Shiva Puran.
