A Delhi court has granted a week's time to the Delhi Police to file its reply to the anticipatory bail plea of Mumbai-based lawyer Nikita Jacob, who has been accused along with Disha Ravi of sharing a toolkit related to the farmers' protest. Additional Sessions Judge Dharmender Rana on Tuesday gave time till March 9 to Delhi Police after the public prosecutor said the agency needed time to file a detailed reply to Nikita Jacob's plea. During the hearing, advocate Rebecca John, appearing for Nikita Jacob, said she wanted to argue on her plea as a standalone case and not with Shantunu Muluk's. The court is scheduled to hear the anticipatory bail plea of co-accused Shantanu Muluk on March 9.More Related News
