A day after the Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE, cancelled its Class 12 board examinations, the board began working on the criteria for assigning marks to student,s and for this its circular on Class 10 is one of the templates that it would examine. CBSE had last month released a 17-page circular for assigning marks to Class 10 students in an almost identical situation.
