CBSE has formed a high-level committee to decide the objective criteria for the CBSE Class 12 result evaluation.
After a meeting between PM Narendra Modi and the education ministers on June 1, it was decided to cancel to CBSE Class 12 exams to protect the health of students amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. Now CBSE has constituted a high-power committee to finalise the evaluation criteria for the CBSE Class 12 board exam results 2021. CBSE Secretary Anurag Tripathy told India Today on Thursday that while the CBSE Class 10 results would be released very soon, the CBSE Class 12 results would take around two months as the evaluation criteria needed to be fixed first. CBSE had decided to go ahead with a well-defined objective criterion to assess the Class 12 students just like the students of Class 10 are being evaluated after their board exams were cancelled on April 14.
