The final decision regarding the conduction of the Class 12 board exams is unlikely to be announced today, cited a source.
As the students are anxiously waiting for the final call regarding the conduction of the exams, a source has said that the final decision regarding the CBSE Class 12 board exams will most likely not be announced today, as speculated. The central government had earlier announced that the call regarding the Class 12 board exams would be announced by June 1, after taking the suggestions and views of all the state governments into consideration and reviewing the Covid-19 situation. Yesterday, the Supreme Court decided to defer the hearing of the plea seeking the cancellation of the Class 12 board exams till June 3 as the central government had informed the court that the decision regarding the conduction of the exams will be announced in two days.
