
CBSE Class 10, 12 admit cards released for board exams 2026 starting Feb 17

With board exams just weeks away, CBSE has issued admit cards for Class 10 and Class 12 students appearing in the 2026 examinations. Candidates will be allowed entry to exam centres only with the hall ticket, as exams begin on February 17.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued the admit cards for Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations 2026. Students will appear for the exams beginning February 17. The hall tickets are mandatory for entry into the examination centres and participation in the board exams.
As per CBSE norms, admit cards for students enrolled in affiliated schools will be downloaded and distributed by school authorities. Last year, the board had released the admit cards on February 3.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the admit cards for Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations 2026 on its official website. The board exams for both classes will begin from February 17.
CBSE has activated the admit card download link exclusively for schools. Principals and authorised school officials can access the hall tickets via the Pariksha Sangam portal using their user ID and password. Students will receive their admit cards only through their respective schools.
After downloading the admit cards, schools have been instructed to carefully verify all details. Each admit card must carry the signature of the school principal along with the official school stamp before being issued to students. CBSE has placed the responsibility on schools to ensure that every student receives the correct hall ticket well before the examination dates.
The admit card contains important information such as the student’s name, roll number, examination centre name and address, subject names with their respective codes, exam dates, reporting time, and important exam-day instructions.
