Canine heroes retire after 10 years of service, CISF bids farewell

The Central Industrial Security Forces (CISF) on Friday held a farewell ceremony for two canines that had served for nearly ten years.

Two dogs that were part of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) retired with full honours on Friday after serving for over 10 years. The dogs were part of the CISF team attached to the Chennai Airport Badal, an 11-year-old Labrador, and Raji, a 10-year-old Labrador, were honoured at the ceremony. The canines were called to the stage and presented with certificates in recognition of their efforts, as well as a cake.
