Many students are unhappy with the decision of the central government to conduct the Class 12 board exams despite the Covid-19 situation across the country.

Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal announced yesterday that the Class 12 board exams will not be cancelled for this session, and the dates of the conduction of the exams will be announced soon after reviewing the Covid-19 situation in the country. Corona is one of the main reasons for canceling the board exam but there are many other reasons and those reasons should not be ignored so in my opinion 12th board exam must be canceled. However, Pokhriyal has stated that the safety of students and teachers is of utmost importance to the Centre. The education minister has also asked all the states to send in their detailed suggestions regarding the conduction of Class 12 exams by tomorrow, May 25. As of now, it is speculated that the Class 12 board exams will be conducted in physical mode.
