
CA Final and Intermediate exams postponed due to India-Pakistan tensions

ICAI postpones remaining papers due to security concerns, new dates to be announced; INTT AT exams also postponed.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) on Thursday (May 8, 2025) night announced that the remaining papers for qualification, both at the final and intermediate level scheduled for May 9 and 14, have been postponed.
The ICAI informed that this was in light of the “tense and security situation in the country.” Revised dates will be announced in due course.

The apex body regulating conduct of chartered accountancy in India further informed that the Post Qualification Course Examinations (International Taxation –Assessment Test), or the INTT AT, also stands postponed.
The development comes amid escalating tension between India and Pakistan.
