Building material exhibition takes off in Coimbatore

Build Intec 2025 in Coimbatore showcases innovative building materials and technologies with over 250 exhibitors.
The 14th edition of Build Intec 2025, a building material exhibition, took off in Coimbatore on April 18, 2025 (Friday) with more than 250 exhibitors.
Organised by the Coimbatore District Small Industries Association, the event at Codissia Trade Fair Complex has more than 350 stalls. Coimbatore district Collector Pavankumar G. Giriyappanavar inaugurated the event that will go on till April 21.
The expo has displays of innovative products and technologies related to architecture, construction, building materials, and allied industries. The exhibitors are from eight States including Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Karnataka.
The current edition of the exhibition focuses on smart homes, green solutions, future-proof infrastructure, and sustainable and smart living solutions. Industrial vacuum cleaners, vertical transportation and elevator systems and modular building elements are among the products on display.
From drip irrigation systems to e-vehicles, the exhibition has products for interior decor, modern construction, and technology integrated buildings from local and multi-national brands.
