Broadway theatre pays tribute to Lata Mangeshkar, Padmini Kolhapure says 'you will be missed'

A Broadway theatre overseas paid tribute to the late legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar. Veteran actress Padmini Kolhapure shared a video of it on social media.
Legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar left for heavenly abode on February 6, 2022. She was hospitalised for nearly a month at Breach Candy Hospital, where she breathed her last. She was cremated with full state honours at Shivaji Park, Mumbai. Four days after her demise, tributes are still pouring in for the Nightingale of India across the globe. Veteran actress Padmini Kolhapure shared a video of a Broadway theatre's tribute to Lata Didi.
Taking to her official Instagram handle, veteran actress Padmini Kolhapure posted the video. In the video, one can read on the billboard, "Binder celebrates the immortal legacy of Lata Mangeshkar."
Seeing this tribute coming from overseas, Padmini Kolhapure wrote, "Heartfelt tributes pouring in from across the Globe ! Universally!!! An Ocean full of tears ! Love and adulation as deep as the Ocean ! The immortal Queen of Melody lives on forever .. You will be missed eternally (sic)."

A few days ago, Padmini Kolhapure's niece and Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor shared a heartfelt post for Lata Mangeshkar. The actress shared her childhood photo with the legendary singer on her official Instagram handle.
Sharing the photo with her fans and followers, Shraddha wrote, "I will forever cherish the honour of having shared precious moments with you. Your hand on my head, your warm gaze, your loving words of encouragement. Thank you for your simplicity, divinity, excellence and grace. Truly The Greatest of all time! I (love) You Lata Aaji. (sic)."
