Bombay HC grants pre-arrest bail to Sahil Khan in Manoj Patil attempt-to-suicide case

Actor Sahil Khan has been granted pre-arrest bail by Bombay High Court in the Manoj Patil attempt-to-suicide case against Rs 25,000 personal bond. Manoj had registered an FIR against Sahil for harassing and defaming him.

Bombay high court has granted pre-arrest bail to actor Sahil Khan today, December 7. He was earlier granted interim protection, but on Tuesday, the court granted the bail after imposing certain conditions. An FIR was registered against Sahil by bodybuilder Manoj Patil for harassing and defaming him.

Manoj Patil, a former Mr India contest winner, registered a case against Sahil Khan on September 20. According to his complaint, Sahil defamed and provoked Manoj on social media in 2020-2021, keeping a past grudge in his mind. Manoj was mentally harassed due to which, on September 15, at around 11 pm, he tried to commit suicide by consuming some pills. However, Manoj was rushed to the hospital and is out of danger.
