BMC files FIR against family in Mumbai for forging Covid test report

The BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation) on Tuesday registered an FIR with the police against a family in Mumbai who made a fake Covid-19 negative report whereas the test results with the laboratory had proved otherwise.

The BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation) on Tuesday registered an FIR with the police against a family in Mumbai who made a fake Covid-19 negative report whereas the test results with the laboratory had proved otherwise. The report consisted of test results of a family including- father (53), mother (51) and their daughter (15). All three had tested positive as per lab reports. According to the complaint, the family not just altered the report but even travelled from their house in suburban area of Khar to the airport in Vile Parle with an intention to visit Jaipur.
