BJP candidate from Ludhiana's Gill constituency Mr. Ladhar was injured and hospitalised after unidentified persons allegedly attacked his car Sunday evening, police had said. Mr. Ladhar was returning from a village in his constituency after campaigning.
63-year-old Ladhar, a retired IAS officer, was later hospitalised in Ludhiana. Mr. Shekhawat said, violence in a civilized society is unacceptable.
