Bihar schools, colleges likely to reopen after July 6

The schools, colleges and other educational institutes in Bihar will most likely reopen after July 6, the state education minister said yesterday.

As the number of Covid-19 cases in Bihar is now somewhat under control, the educational institutes including schools, colleges, training institutes, and universities will most likely reopen after July 6, with several Covid-19 precautions in place. Bihar Education Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary said on Tuesday that the decision regarding the reopening of educational institutes in the state will be taken after July 6, after reviewing the Covid-19 situation and recovery rate in the state.
