Bhagyashree posted a new video on Instagram in which she was seen exercising with her husband Himalay Dassani.
Actress Bhagyashree is a self-confessed fitness addict and often shares glimpses of her workout sessions with her fans and followers on Instagram. On Tuesday, she shared a new workout video in which she was seen exercising with her husband Himalay Dassani. In fact, she also urged couples to work out together and said that doing so helps lead a happy married life.
“Love grows when health grows,” she said in the clip. The video then showed Bhagyashree and Himalay performing variations of leg raises and planks in coordination.

“A couple that is healthy together makes a life of love together. It is not easy to be patient with a partner that is constantly complaining of aches and pains. The unwell partner is looked upon with pity, compassion and people try to help out, but imagine how difficult it is for the spouse that is doing the looking after. The world doesn’t even stop to think how difficult it can get on a constant basis,” Bhagyashree wrote in the caption.
“So, in a marriage when we take our oaths of staying together in sickness and health, we should also add to that and say encouraging each other to be and stay healthy. So whether it is working out and/or eating right, do it together and see your health and love increase manifold,” she added.
