Beast box office collection Day 5: Thalapathy Vijay's film remains steady

Vijay's Beast has surpassed Theri's total collection in just four days. According to trade reports, Beast has been putting up great numbers at the box office. It is to be seen if the film can hold the theatres during the weekdays.

Beast, directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, hit the theatres on April 13, one day ahead of Tamil New Year. The action entertainer took a monstrous opening at the box office. Now, it is facing stiff competition at the box office from Yash's KGF: Chapter 2, which is taking the box office by storm.

Trade analyst LM Kaushik informed fans that Beast has surpassed Vijay's Theri lifetime collection in just four days. He wrote, "#Beast has already crossed the star's Summer 2016 BB #Theri's total TN gross & >> Theri total WW gross, after just 4 days. #Thalapathy @actorvijay's huge audience pull against all odds, huge negativity & irrespective of his film's content.
