The BJP slammed Hemant Soren-led government in Jharkhand for move to hold debate in the state Assembly on the three farms by Centre. Terming it "unconstitutional", the BJP said the Assembly debate on farm laws will set "bad precedence on democracy".

Jharkhand Assembly on Monday is expected to hold discussion on the controversial farm laws after a proposal by the ruling JMM-Congress-RJD government aimed at passing a resolution against the agricultural reform. Earlier, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Chattisgarh, Delhi and Kerala had passed a resolution against the three contentious farm laws enacted by the Centre. Reacting to the scheduled Assembly debate on farm laws by the Hemant Soren-led government, BJP leader Marandi termed it "unconstitutional" and said it will set "bad precedence on democracy".More Related News
