Assam Police issues high alert after intel over terror threat from Pakistan's ISI

The Assam Police issued a high alert in the state after intel reports suggested that Pakistan’s ISI plans to carry out big terror strikes in Assam and other parts of India.

The Assam Police issued a high alert in the state on Sunday over the intelligence input that Pakistan’s spy agency, Inter Services Intelligence (ISI), is planning to carry out a big terror attack in Assam and other places in the country.

India Today TV has accessed the copy of the Assam Police circular issued by the Assistant Inspector General of Police (L&O) of Assam police headquarter. The circular states that RSS cadres, army areas, mass gatherings, and religious places are the likely targets of the ISI.
