Arjun Kapoor buys swanky Rs 20-crore 4-bhk flat near Malaika Arora's home

Arjun Kapoor has bought a Rs 20 crore to Rs 23 crore flat near Malaika Arora's home. According to reports, the sea-facing property is at the 26 storey-tall 81 Aureate in Bandra West.

Arjun Kapoor recently completed ten years in the film industry. To mark the occasion, the actor treated himself to a swanky 4 bedroom-hall-kitchen sky-villa in one of Mumbai’s posh locales in Bandra. Arjun's girlfriend Malaika Arora also lives nearby. According to reports, the actor has paid Rs 20 crore to Rs 23 crore for the flat in Bandra, which houses the residences of some of the biggest names in Bollywood like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan and Ranbir Kapoor, among others. Arjun Kapoor, who is currently basking in the success of his films Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar and Sardar Ka Grandson, has bought a new flat in Mumbai. According to a report in Bollywood Hungama, the sea-facing property is at the 26 storey-tall 81 Aureate in Bandra West. Sonakshi Sinha owns a sky-villa at the same property. While there is no confirmation about the precise amount paid by the actor for the flat, it is estimated to be around Rs 20-23 crore.
