Here's a sneak-a-peek of the sets of Hotstar Specials Anupama Namaste America. The web series premieres on April 25.
After the enormous popularity of Star Plus' daily soap Anupamaa, Disney+ Hotstar is set to bring the prequel of the show titled Anupama - Namaste America. The makers have dropped pictures from the sets of the Hotstar Specials. They have also unveiled the first look of the cast which includes Rupali Ganguly and Sudhanshu Pandey. The series will begin streaming on the OTT platform from April 25.
The fans will have to wait till April 25 when the prequel exclusively streams on Disney+ Hotstar. The series will revisit Anupama's life 17 years ago. But for now, fans can be happy with the first-look pictures of Anupama - Namaste America. For the first time, exclusive photos from the prequel’s set have been shared, giving fans a sneak peek into Anupamaa’s home during her early years of marriage.

Here’s the first look at Anupamaa’s home sweet home.
The show's original cast will be seen in the prequel, with actors Rupali Ganguly and Sudhanshu Pandey essaying the roles of Anupamaa and Vanraj. Alpana Buch, Arvind Vaidya, and Ekta Sariya will reprise their roles of Baa, Bapuji, and Dolly respectively.
Anupama- Namaste America will also introduce a brand-new character from Anupamaa’s early years, Moti Baa played by veteran television actor Sarita Joshi. This special character will play a pivotal role in forming Anupamaa’s early life as an aspiring dancer. The episodes will be released over 11 days and will remain exclusively on the platform. The prequel to Anupamaa will not be aired on television.
