
Anupam Kher’s ‘Khosla Ka Ghosla 2’ gets release date

The makers of the upcoming comedy-drama, Khosla Ka Ghosla 2 announced the release date of the film on Thursday, May 12, 2026. It will be released in theatres on August 28.
Directed by Prashant Bhagia, the film stars Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Ranvir Shorey, Parvin Dabas, Vinay Pathak, Tara Sharma and Ravi Kishan.
The makers shared a poster of the film to make the announcement. They wrote in caption, “20 years later…The Khoslas are back. #KhoslaKaGhosla2. In Cinemas on 28th August 2026.”

The original, released in 2006, marked the directorial debut of Dibakar Banerjee and was written by Jaideep Sahni. It told the story of Kamal Khosla (Anupam), an ageing patriarch of a middle-class household, who tries to get his land back which was stolen by a crooked builder, Khurana (Boman).
Khosla Ka Ghosla 2 is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Savita Raj Hiremath and Raj Hiremath.

Nolambur Union Road which runs along the Couum river bank, is tasked with distributing traffic from these two bridges originating at Poonamallee High Road, into the interior roads of Mogappair and Nolambur.
