Ankita Konwar posted an inspiring yoga video on Instagram. Milind Soman was all praises for his wife.
Feeling too lazy to workout this week? Well, all you need to do is watch Milind Soman’s wife Ankita Konwar’s new yoga video. The fitness enthusiast simply swears by yoga for her overall well-being and always urges her fans and followers to follow a healthy lifestyle.
On Monday, she shared a glimpse of her yoga session on the hills and asked her fans to prioritise their health. The short clip showed Ankita nailing several yoga asanas. The visuals were accompanied by a motivational voiceover in which the marathon runner shared why it is important to “show up, every single day.”
“We must include our health in our priorities,” she wrote in the caption.
Watch the video here:
“Yoga teaches us discipline and patience like few other things do. We can’t buy health. We can’t get healthy overnight. We can’t cheat or ride on someone else to get to a healthy body and mind. We can’t blame anyone for not being healthy. Neither can we ask someone to get healthy on our behalf. It is only going to happen if we show up every single day and be absolutely patient. And that’s a lesson for life,” Ankita was heard saying in the clip.
Inspiring much?
Milind Soman was also all praises for Ankita’s video and took to the comments section to express his reaction. “Amazing,” he wrote.
