Ankita Konwar took to Instagram and shared photos of herself performing two variations of the mermaid yoga pose. Her hubby Milind Soman also reacted to the pictures.
Practising yoga regularly is hands down one of the best ways to stay healthy. No wonder celebrities also swear by it to maintain their overall wellbeing. Milind Soman’s wife Ankita Konwar is also one of them.
The marathon runner often shares glimpses of her fitness routine on Instagram and urges her followers to lead a healthy lifestyle. Today is one such day. She shared a set of photos on the social media platform in which she was seen rocking two variations of the mermaid pose.
“Variations of the mermaid pose. Sthira sukham asanam. A happy Friday indeed,” she wrote in the caption.

For her yoga session, Ankita kept it comfy yet stylish. She wore a pink-hued tank top with a pair of printed tights in the same colour. She kept her hair open and was all smiles while performing the asana variations. Must we add, she nailed both the variations quite effortlessly!
The mermaid yoga pose is highly beneficial for mental and physical health. It strengthens the back and also boosts core strength.
Ankita’s Instagram post left her hubby so impressed that he even took to the comments section to express his reaction. He dropped several clap emojis and wrote, “wow”.
