Wife of former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh has approached the Bombay High Court against the provisional attachment of assets by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
The plea filed through Advocate Inderpal Singh was mentioned by Senior Advocate Vikram Chaudhri before the division bench of Justices Gautam Patel and Madhav Jamdar on Monday.
