Amid Omicron scare, Delhi CM Kejriwal to issue new guidelines after key meet today

Amid the rising cases of Covid-19 and the threat of the Omicron variant, chief minister Arvind Kejriwal will be conducting an important review meeting today, in order to set new guidelines before the holiday season arrives.

The holiday season is around the corner and with the number of Covid-19 cases rising every day, many state governments are issuing new guidelines to stop the spread. Delhi is one of the two regions in India which are contributing the highest number of cases of the highly contagious strain, Omicron.

Keeping this in mind, the CM of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal, will be conducting an important review meeting today to evaluate the preparedness against the new strain and issue fresh guidelines to control the spread of the virus.
