Allu Arjun took to his Twitter handle to express that he missed his cousin Sai Dharam Tej on the release day of his film, Republic. The political film is premiering today, October 1. Allu Arjun wished his cousin a speedy recovery and asked fans for their support and love. Last month, Sai Dharam Tej met with a bike accident in Hyderabad. The actor was admitted to Medicare Hospital and later shifted to Jubilee Hills Apollo Hospital. Grand release of the movie #Republic today .
