Now that their wedding preparations are going on in full swing, we are reminded of Alia’s first post for soon-to-be hubby Ranbir. The occasion was Ranbir’s first birthday with Alia as his girlfriend in 2018.
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s pre-wedding festivities will start from April 13. Though their wedding will be yet another private affair, we will still wait for glimpses of their various functions. But prior to that, let’s hop back in time and re-look at the first time Alia made it Insta-official with Ranbir on her birthday. After making their first public appearance at Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja’s wedding reception in May 2018, Alia had wished Ranbir on his birthday on September 28, 2018. Referring to him as ‘sunshine’, Alia posted a solo photo of Ranbir from one of their vacations.
Sharing the picture, Alia had written, “Happy Birthday Sunshine (sic).”
Though Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor keep travelling together, a honeymoon is a special event. IndiaToday.in has exclusively learnt that the couple will have a delayed honeymoon. An insider shared exclusively with us, “Ranbir will begin shooting for Animal from April 21 in Manali. So they will probably have a deferred honeymoon. It is definitely not happening now.
About their honeymoon destination, a source earlier revealed, "Ranbir and Alia have decided to honeymoon in South Africa. After celebrating the New Year abroad, the couple has planned to take a safari in Africa again."
