Alexandra Daddario, Andrew Form split after three years of marriage

Actor Alexandra Daddario and her husband Andrew Form have called it quits after three years of marriage. The couple will continue to co-parent their 15-year-old son.

Actor Alexandra Daddario and film producer Andrew Form are calling it quits after three years of marriage. A statement issued has revealed that both of them will "continue to co-parent" their son.

Alexandra's representative confirmed to People, that she and Andrew have decided to separate after three years of marriage. The ex-couple got married in June 2022 and share a 15-month-old son. The statement read, "Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form have made the decision to end their marriage. The decision was made with love and respect. They will continue to co-parent their child together and appreciate privacy as they navigate this transition."

Alexandra and Andrew were married in New Orleans in June 2022. The two met by chance during Covid when they met each other on the street in New York. The then-couple got engaged at the end of 2021. In a now-deleted Instagram post, Alexandra wrote, "The absolutely most wonderful man, you handle nonsense, loss, life, difficulty, people, with grace and compassion."

In 2024, Alexandra and Andrew welcomed a baby boy into their family. In addition to their new arrival, Alexandra is the stepmother to Andrew's two children, Rowan and Julian, from his previous marriage to Jordana Brewster.

Alexandra had previously opened up about her experience with pregnancy loss, admitting that even after becoming pregnant again, fear kept her from feeling immediate joy. She hesitated to celebrate for a long time, worried that another tragedy might occur. Choosing to keep the specific details of her loss private, she told Vogue in an interview, “Those kinds of losses and trauma are very hard to explain unless you’ve been through them. I really relate to all the women who have been through those kinds of things in a way that I didn’t understand fully before. It’s very, very painful.”

Alexandra’s acting career launched at 16 with a role on the soap opera All My Children. She later shot to global fame playing Annabeth Chase in Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief (2010) and its follow-up. Following a high-profile turn in Baywatch, the actor reached a new career milestone with a Primetime Emmy nomination for her performance as Rachel Patton in the debut season of HBO's The White Lotus.
