Alaya F is on a spree to share health and skincare tips with her fans on Instagram. The actress, who tested Covid positive last month, is a health enthusiast and often posts videos showcasing how to prepare health drinks, hair and face-packs using simple ingredients. In her recent video, the actress revealed her two favourite ways to use turmeric in her daily life.
Turmeric aka haldi is an ingredient found in almost every Indian household kitchen. "Haldi (Turmeric) has so many benefits, these are two of my favourite ways to use it! Facepack & Milk! What’s yours?", Alaya F wrote in the caption for the clip.

In the video, Alaya F revealed that she likes to mix a bit of haldi with besan (gram flour), milk and a dash of honey, and applies the mixture to her face as a skincare ritual. Quite easy, right? You can avoid adding honey if you have oily skin.
The second half of her video is about a tempting haldi milk recipe. In one cup of boiling milk, she added grated ginger, a bit of cinnamon, half a teaspoon of vanilla essence and finally, honey. Drooling already? Wait till you relish it on a cold evening, we say!
