Alaya F shared a video all the way from the Maldives in which she can be seen practicing yoga. The actress is currently in the island nation for a vacation.
If there is one thing that makes us want to go back to Alaya F’s Instagram profile, again and again, it has to be her oh-so-perfect yoga poses. The actress treated her fans on Instagram to a new video in which she can be seen practicing yoga in the backdrop of the deep blue sea. The 24-year-old actress is currently holidaying in the Maldives.
In the video Alaya shared on Instagram, she can be seen pulling off the Natarajasana. She nails the pose with such ease and we cannot absolutely miss the backdrop of the video. “As you can see, I have very little regard for my personal safety totally worth it for magic moments like these at the beautiful,” Alaya captioned her post.

Earlier, in an exclusive chat with IndiaToday.in, Alaya had mentioned the importance of yoga and how it became an integral part of her life. “It became an integral part of my life because since I was a child, I used to do gymnastics and all of that. So, flexibility was something that I had built over time. It was just that yoga was the best natural transition into all of this. As human beings, we like doing things that we are going to be good at. Yoga was something that I thought I might be good at. So, I thought this might be the next exciting thing for me to try,” she said.
