
Air Chief Marshal AP Singh meets veterans in Hakimpet, lauds their legacy and service

Air Chief Marshal A.P. Singh interacts with veterans at Hakimpet, celebrating their legacy and contributions to the Indian Air Force.
Air Chief Marshal A.P. Singh, Chief of the Air Staff of the Indian Air Force (IAF), interacted with Air Veterans and their spouses from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana at Air Force Station Hakimpet on Thursday. Around 350 Air Veterans and their family members attended the event.
Addressing the veterans, Air Chief Marshal Singh lauded their contributions to the Indian Air Force, stating that their dedication and hard work had laid a strong foundation for the force’s present capabilities. During the interaction, veterans appreciated the leadership of the Air Chief and commended his role in securing a victory in Operation Sindoor.
The Air Chief was received by Group Captain PR Prasad, president of the Air Force Association (AP and Telangana), and Air Commodore VS Saini, Air Officer Commanding (AOC), Air Force Station Hakimpet. The event was also attended by several senior retired officers, including former Chief of the Air Staff Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari.

Of the 5.57 crore electors in Karnataka, 4.46 crore have already been mapped as part of the ongoing voter roll mapping ahead of the proposed Special Intensive Revision (SIR), Chief Electoral Officer – Karnataka V. Anbukumar told members of the coalition ‘My Vote, My Right’ on Wednesday, adding that the mapping may not be fully accurate at this stage.
